Masa Corporation Trailer Project

This project includes removal of existing graphics, design, prep of vehicle surface, installation of graphics as selected.

Project cost varies based on work required; specific work can be selected and ordered through website.

Existing Graphics Removal

• ProVinyl Co to come on-site to remove existing graphics in exterior environment. Process consists of heating and eco-friendly agents to remove graphics in largest sections possible in order to minimize debris and retain paint underneath. Pressure washing and mechanical friction tools may be used to removed left behind adhesive.
• 53' trailer graphics removal cost $1,580.27
• 48' trailer graphics removal cost $1,433.06
• Estimated time to remove graphics 10-20 hours per truck

Lettering Installation

• ProVinyl Co to come on-site to install new replacement graphics on trailers in exterior invironment. Graphics are an industrial fleet grade material that are digitally cut with a 7-year life before aging.
• Masa Corporation to provide ProVinyl Co with artwork standards, sizes, and colors.
• 53' trailer graphics cost $2,458.62
• 48' trailer graphics cost $2,282.35
• Estimated time to install 10-20 hours per truck

Full Wrap Installation

• ProVinyl Co to come on-site to install new replacement graphics on trailers. Full wrap graphics must be installed indoors, outside of elements.
• Masa Corporation to provide ProVinyl Co with artwork standards, sizes, and colors.
• Wrap is a printed vinyl graphic made from premium exterior grade fleet wrap material with a gloss clear laminate protection film applied on top. Has a lifespan of 7 years in exterior environment. Avery Dennison ® MPI1105 SuperCast Series (spec sheet download available upon request).

• Estimated time to install 4-6 days per truck

Graphics/wrap preparation does not begin until paid in full. Preparation time for graphics/wrap 5-7 days.

Installation date to be determined after design is completed and graphics package purchased.
